Fiji’s Commissioner of Police Rusiate Tudravu is participating in the 2025 World Police Summit at the Dubai World Trade Centre, where global leaders in law enforcement have gathered to shape the future of policing.
Supported by the Australian Federal Police, Commissioner Tudravu joins fellow commissioners, security experts, and policymakers at the annual summit hosted by the Dubai Police in collaboration with DXB LIVE.
This year’s theme, “Beyond the Badge: Envision the Next Era of Policing,” focuses on addressing challenges such as transnational crime, cyber threats, and the impact of rapid technological change.
More than 300 international speakers are featured across a series of high-level discussions and specialised conferences.
Commissioner Tudravu is set to speak on a panel titled “The Future of the Fight: What Needs to be Done to Combat Drug Trafficking in the Pacific”, alongside New Zealand Police Commissioner Richard Chambers and Solomon Islands Police Commissioner Mostyn Mangau.
The event also presents an opportunity for Fiji to share insights, build partnerships, and exchange strategies with counterparts from the Australian Federal Police, New Zealand Police Force, and other global agencies.
