The Fiji National University’s 2024 Open Day at Namaka Campus on Friday, 4 October will feature a live fashion show for the first time.
Head of School of Economics and Finance and Head of Namaka Campus, Rusiate Vakaloloma, mentioned that the event will include community-based activities such as live music, dances, food stalls and educational displays.
“There will be a lot of community-based activities such as live band performances, dances, and food stalls alongside the education displays in booths and tents,” said Mr Vakaloloma.
Key attractions will be the fashion show, outdoor sporting activities and new displays from various departments including the School of Hospitality and Tourism Studies and the Executive Master of Business Administration programme.

The visiting schools will learn about the Pacific Centre for Border Management programme, launching in 2025 under the College of Business, Hospitality and Tourism Studies, offering various certificate, diploma and degree programmes.
