The National Disaster Risk Management Office has issued a Heavy Rain Warning for the Northern Division, Yasawa, Lau, Lomaiviti and the eastern half of Viti Levu, including areas from Rakiraki to Pacific Harbour, Naitasiri and Interior Serua Namosi.
A Heavy Rain Alert is in effect for the rest of Fiji.
The public is urged to stay cautious and prioritise safety, especially in flood-prone areas where localised flooding may occur.
People are strongly advised to avoid crossing or swimming in flooded areas.
