HFC Bank is proud to declare a record dividend of $33 million for the financial year ending 30th June, 2024.

This marks the highest dividend declared in the Bank’s history since its inception a decade ago and is part of a highly impressive $63 million in total dividends paid over the last two years.

This achievement underscores HFC Bank’s ongoing financial strength, highlighted by a consistent $100 million growth annually in net loan assets over the past six years, a growing revenue base, continuous improvements in efficiency and a quality Loan Portfolio.

HFC Bank’s Chairman, Mukhtar Ali, expressed pride in the bank’s accomplishments adding that the record dividend is a clear reflection of HFC Bank’s robust performance and strong management.

CEO, Rakesh Ram, attributed the achievement to the Bank’s strategic approach and operational efficiency.

“This milestone has been made possible by our long-term strategic partnership and genuine relationship with our loyal customers. Our innovative approach and a strong desire to be different from traditional banking operators, has set us apart in the market. Despite the present resources constrains and readily available access to overseas market, we are proud to have maintained 100% highly talented local staff, who are young, passionate and totally committed to the success of our Bank. In addition, the strong quality of our growing Loan Book is a testimony of the strength and financial stability of the only Fijian Bank.”
