In Fiji:
A three-day workshop, High Performance Coaches Curriculum Week, began today in Nadi, bringing together coaches from various levels to collaborate on designing a comprehensive curriculum for the high-performance academy program.
The initiative focuses on enhancing the development of players from schools, club teams, and provincial competitions, with the aim of creating a seamless pathway to the national teams.
This workshop seeks to ensure that coaches across all levels are aligned in their approach, fostering a unified coaching strategy that will nurture local talent and strengthen the national teams’ pipeline.
