Renowned pastry chef Indrashis Saha joins Fiji’s premier luxury resort, bringing innovative culinary experiences and wellness-inspired desserts.

InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa, announces the appointment of Indrashis Saha as its new Executive Pastry Chef, ushering in a new era of culinary creativity and excellence at this iconic destination.


Chef Saha’s culinary journey began alongside his mother in Kolkata, India, instilling in him a deep respect for ingredient quality and meticulous attention to detail.

With over seven years of experience within IHG Hotels & Resorts, Chef Saha has cultivated his craft in luxury establishments such as InterContinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort, InterContinental Fujairah Resort, Lafayette in New York, and Zulal Wellness Resort in Qatar.


During his tenure at Zulal Wellness Resort, Chef Saha established a gluten-free pastry kitchen and played a pivotal role in developing wellness-focused desserts for Al Sidr, recognized as the Best Wellness Restaurant in the World.
