In Fiji:
One person is dead and three passengers were rushed to the Nadi Hospital after a horrific accident in Waimalika, Nadi, after midday today.
Director Traffic Senior Superintendent of Police Mitieli Divuana said the victim was driving towards Lautoka when he allegedly lost control of his vehicle, causing it to veer onto the opposite lane resulting in the accident with a four-wheel drive vehicle.
SSP Divuana said the driver unfortunately passed away while the three passengers were rushed to the Nadi Hospital where they are receiving medical attention. The driver of the other vehicle also sustained injuries.
