Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka had visited the six health officials receiving treatment at Twomey Hospital in Tamavua following the tragic maritime incident in the Lau waters last week.
The Prime Minister spent time with each of the recovering officials and offered words of encouragement.
He also assured them that they remain in the thoughts and prayers of the Government and the people of Fiji.
The head of government reaffirmed the Government’s commitment to supporting the officials throughout their recovery and ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need.
