Rewa Football Team will be out to avenge its loss when it takes on Auckland City in their opening game in the OFC Champions League in Tahiti.
The Delta Tigers last represented Fiji in the Champions League in 2022 where they were beaten 3 – nil by Auckland City.
Coach Roderick Singh said this time around, they are better prepared and know what to expect from the New Zealand champions.
Singh says they have high hopes in this year’s Champions League with the calibre of players they have taken to Tahiti.
According to Singh, City are beatable and they need to turn up well on the day.
Rewa will play Auckland City at 10am tomorrow.
