The Fiji Water Flying Fijians to the 2023 Rugby World Cup will be named at 3pm today at the Tanoa Hotel in Nadi.

Head coach, Simon Raiwalui will trim his current 39 member squad to 33 players who will make up the Flying Fijians team to the World Cup.

From the current 39 member squad only Meli Tuni, Seta Tamanivalu and Vinaya Habosi have not played in the past 3 Test matches against Tonga, Samoa and Japan.

Joseva Tamani only came in as a impact player against Samoa replacing Vilive Miramira.

Peceli Yato is also ruled out although he is available if Raiwalui needs a replacement player in France.

Teti Tela is also another player that had limited game time coming in as a replacement for Vilimoni Botitu on the win against Japan last Saturday.

Raiwalui is likely to go for a 19 forwards and 14 back-line split when he will announce the team today.
