Nadogo and Seaqaqa kicked off their President’s Cup campaign on a high note at Subrail Park in Labasa.
Nadogo proved all critics wrong when it defeated favourites Bua 2- nil in their openig match.
Irfaan Hussein and Viliame Koroi scored goals for Nadogo in the second half, as both teams were locked at nill-all in the first half.
Meanwhile Seaqaqa is the top bet to win the President’s Cup after they outclassed Dreketi 2-1.
Meleki Ravulo and Zoheb Khan were on target for Seaqaqa while Filipe Nayava scored the lone goal for Dreketi.
Six teams are taking part in the President’s Cup with the top team’s from each pool qualifying for the final scheduled to be played on Sunday.
