In Fiji:
Minister for Education, Aseri Radrodro has dismissed allegations that Government vehicles are being used for SODELPA political campaigning, describing the claims as false.
Replying to questions sent by Fiji One News, the Minister said SODELPA has its own party vehicles for official campaign activities, while individual candidates are responsible for arranging their own transport.
He stressed that Ministry of Education vehicles are used strictly for ministerial duties and official Government business.
The line minister added that the Ministry’s work continues as normal and Government resources are not being used for political campaigning.
