FRIEND Fiji has marked its 25th anniversary, celebrating a quarter-century of work focused on strengthening and supporting communities across the country.
Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka attended the milestone celebration as Chief Guest after accepting FRIEND’s invitation.
The event also brought together FRIEND founder and Honourable Sashi Kiran, Board members and Trustees, who have played key roles in guiding the organisation throughout its 25-year journey.
FRIEND says the anniversary reflects years of resilience, collaboration and community-driven efforts to create lasting change.
The organisation has acknowledged the communities, partners, supporters and staff who have contributed to its work over the years, as it looks towards expanding its efforts to build stronger, more inclusive and resilient communities.
