Leadership Fiji is a non-profit organisation focused on nurturing leadership excellence and sustainable development in Fiji and the Pacific region.

Through its programmes, Leadership Fiji equips emerging leaders with the necessary skills, knowledge and networks to drive positive change.

The General Manager of Holiday Inn Suva expressed pride in continuing the partnership, aligning with their commitment to making a positive impact on people, communities and the planet.

They highlighted the importance of investing in future leaders and noted the program’s role in nurturing their own emerging leaders.

Leadership Fiji’s Chief Executive Officer, Sharyne Fong, expressed her excitement about the partnership’s opportunities and gratitude to the leadership team at Holiday Inn Suva for supporting their vision.

The partnership will involve various initiatives, including hosting workshops and providing venues for core program activities.

Fong emphasised their strategic vision to establish a Leadership Academy offering leadership courses and programs for Fiji and the Pacific, highlighting the importance of partner commitments in achieving this goal.

Eight emerging leaders from Holiday Inn Suva have participated in the Leadership Fiji program, demonstrating the partnership’s impact.
