Rokoseru Nabalarua is the new Fijian Holdings Limited Board Chairman, replacing Colonel (Ret’d) Sakiusa Raivoce.
In a press statement issued this afternoon, FHL says the appointment will be effective April 1.
Guided by the company’s Articles of Association, the majority shareholders have appointed Mr Nabalarua as the new Chairman replacing Colonel (Ret’d) Raivoce who remains on the Board as an Independent Director and Deputy Chairman.
Mr Raivoce assumes the chairmanship of FHL Properties Limited and will be directly involved in the completion of the FHL Tower project given his knowledge in the project from the start.
Mr Nabalarua has a wealth of experience and expertise, and FHL says they are looking at him steering the company towards new and greater heights of success.
In welcoming Mr Nabalarua to his new role, the Board and Management of FHL say they are confident in his ability to continue moving the company forward.
