The Rooster Chicken Fijian Drua Women have announced their matchday 23 lineup for the highly anticipated clash against the Western Force this Saturday, with the return of seasoned player Asinate Serevi and the potential debut of promising newcomer Jordyn Tihore adding excitement to the team composition.

Head Coach Mosese Rauluni has made strategic adjustments to the squad following last weekend’s defeat against the Waratahs, aiming to bounce back with a strong performance against their upcoming opponents.

The front row sees the formidable presence of Anasimeci Korovata at loosehead prop, complemented by Keleni Marawa at hooker, while the versatile Vika Matarugu transitions to tighthead prop. Asinate Serevi returns to the fold, partnering with Jade Coates in the middle row to fortify the pack.

In the back row, Nunia Daunimoala earns a starting position at blindside flanker alongside Sulita Waisega at openside, with captain Karalaini Naisewa anchoring the scrum at number 8.

The backline remains unchanged from the previous week, featuring the dynamic duo of Evivi Senikarivi and Merewalesi Rokouono at halfback and flyhalf respectively.

Adita Milinia and Merewairita Neivosa occupy the wings, while Merewai Cumu and Vani Arei form a formidable partnership in the midfield. Luisa Tisolo completes the starting lineup at fullback.

On the bench, Jordyn Tihore provides cover at hooker, joined by Salanieta Nabuli and Tiana Robanakadavu in the front row.

Vulori Nabura and Teresia Tinanivalu offer support in the middle and back rows, while Setaita Railumu serves as the backup halfback. Jeniffer Ravutia and Atelaite Ralivanawa round out the squad, providing additional depth to the backline.

With the stage set for an electrifying showdown, the Rooster Chicken Fijian Drua Women are primed to showcase their skill and determination as they prepare to take on the Western Force at 3.35 pm following the men’s game at Churchill Park.

Rugby enthusiasts can anticipate a thrilling display of talent and competitive spirit as both teams vie for victory on the field.
