The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua have locked in two key players for upcoming Super Rugby Pacific seasons, with hookers Mesulame Dolokoto and Zuriel Togiatama confirming contract extensions.
Dolokoto, a foundation player of the Drua, has signed on for two more seasons, while Togiatama is secured for the 2026 campaign.
Fijian Drua General Manager Rugby, Baden Stephenson, praised the duo’s commitment:
“Mesu and Zuriel have been great servants to the Drua, and we are thrilled that they have recommitted to the Club. While they are both very competitive, they are driven for team success.”
Dolokoto, 30, hails from Koroivonu in Cakaudrove and has made 33 appearances for the Drua since debuting in 2022 as player No. 28. Known for his leadership, he has captained the side on multiple occasions and earned 18 caps for the Flying Fijians.
“I am extremely blessed and grateful to continue with this amazing organisation,” said Dolokoto. “I’m excited to see where this next chapter leads us. Time to make more memories; glory to God always.”
Togiatama, 26, made his debut in 2022 against the Chiefs and has clocked 37 appearances to date. He was recently recognised with the 2025 MOGUL Dausoko Award at the Drua Awards Night.
“Firstly, just want to thank God for blessing me with the opportunity to represent the Fijian Drua another year,” said Togiatama. “I also want to thank my fiancé and my family for their support. I’m excited for another year with the brothers and to continue learning from Jacko and the coaching team.”
Their re-signing is a major boost to the Drua’s front row depth and squad consistency as they prepare for the 2026 season.
