Fiji international Aporosa Yada has wasted little time making his mark in New Zealand, scoring on his first season with Christchurch-based Coastal Spirit.
The 23-year-old midfielder joined the club in July after starting the 2026 season with Labasa and found the net in Spirit’s 8-2 demolition of Wānaka in the final round of the Southern League.
Yada’s move adds another chapter to his growing career after establishing himself in Fiji’s domestic competition and representing the Bula Boys, with the New Zealand stint providing another opportunity to develop at a higher level.
The Fiji international will now look to build on his strong start and establish himself as a key player for Coastal Spirit in the New Zealand football scene.
