Fiji Rugby Union has made a final decision on the way forward for the Fiji 7s program after a thorough review of both the team’s performances in the HSBC 7s Series and Paris 2024.
FRU’s Interim Chairman Peter Mazey today announced that Osea Kolinisau will continue to coach the Fiji Airways Fiji 7s side.
Kolinisau will continue as the Head Coach of the Men’s Sevens Team for the next four years.
“Kolinisau’s impressive results over the past four months have demonstrated his capability and vision for the future,” says Mazey.
He adds that they are excited about the potential of the Men’s Sevens Team under Kolinisau’s continued leadership and committed to pursuing gold at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics.
