The Student Employment Exposure Programme, recently launched by Education Minister, Aseri Radrodro, is a programme that will equip students with the necessary tools needed to transform from assessments to employment.

The purpose of the programme is to connect education with the workplace as students will be provided with real-world experience and adopt lifelong learning.

It incorporates digital platforms and experiential learning to develop adaptability and resilience.

The programme, supported by educators, trainers and specialists will bridge the gap between education and employment.

It will provide opportunities for internships, apprenticeships and vocational training.

Through this programme, students will be able to seize opportunities for personal and professional development.

The training will be launched in 31 Secondary Schools in the Central Division.
