The FMF Uprising Music Festival, held on 9 November at Uprising Beach Resort, was a resounding success, attracting a vibrant crowd and delivering a full day of entertainment. 

The festival kicked off with an opening ceremony at 12:00 PM, followed by live performances from local artists including Metria & Olsen, Sojourners Fiji and the Mata Dance Group. 

The highlights also included the FMF Spicy Noodles Competition and a Talent Competition, with winners receiving enthusiastic support from the crowd.

As the evening progressed, performances from Sweet Sensation, DJ Macintosh and Youngblood ft. Jay Tauleka kept the energy high. The late-night sets from BIBAO, The Gang ft. Billy T & Ratu and DJ Alby Eastgate brought the festival to a lively close at 1:00 AM.

The festival was a celebration of Fijian culture, music and community, leaving attendees already looking forward to next year’s event.
