Minister for Justice and Acting Attorney-General, Siromi Turaga, held a series of high-level meetings in Honiara aimed at strengthening collaboration and sharing reforms in the justice sector.
Minister Turaga met with Solomon Islands Minister for Justice and Legal Affairs, Clezy Rore, where he outlined Fiji’s latest developments, including the launch of the Road to Reform: Law and Justice Sector Roadmap 2025–2029.
The roadmap sets out Fiji’s plan to modernise and improve justice delivery over the next five years.
Both ministers discussed shared priorities and reaffirmed their commitment to the Twinning Program established earlier this year under a Memorandum of Understanding between the two nations.
Minister Turaga highlighted the value of ongoing regional partnerships to support professional exchange, institutional strengthening and collective progress across the justice sector.
