The much-anticipated FMF Uprising Music Festival is set to kick off tomorrow, 9 November, at Uprising Beach Resort, bringing live music and entertainment to the Fijian coast.
The festival will run from 12:00 PM on Saturday until 1:00 AM Sunday morning, offering attendees a day full of performances, food and festivities with attendees expected to enjoy performances in a scenic outdoor setting.
Tickets are available only at the gate, with general admission priced at $40. Children can enter for a $5 fee, while VIP tickets are offered for $199 and VVIP tickets for $249. For those wishing to attend without driving, a free shuttle bus service will be available for ticket holders, departing from Suva Flea Market at noon and returning from the venue at 1:00 AM. Shuttle seats are limited, and reservations can be made by calling 992 6282.
Festival-goers are advised to wear comfortable footwear, especially as wet weather is possible. Although there are plenty of undercover areas for shelter, attendees should come prepared for the outdoors. Food and beverages will be available for purchase, but outside food and alcohol are not allowed. The festival’s FoodLane will feature a range of food stalls to satisfy different tastes.
For families, the festival will be child-friendly until 6:00 PM, after which the event will transition to an adults-only atmosphere.
Organisers are reminding attendees to enjoy the event responsibly and avoid drinking and driving.
The festival offers a fun and vibrant atmosphere for both locals and visitors. For more details or to inquire about VIP tickets or shuttle reservations, attendees can contact the event organisers at 992 6282.
