The Fiji Meteorological Service has forecasted more rain in parts of the country, including Western Viti Levu from Nadi through Ba to Rakiraki until Nausori and the interior of Viti Levu.
A Flash Flood Warning also remains in force for flashflood prone areas, small streams and low-lying communities within these areas.
The National Disaster Management Office calls on people residing in these areas to remain vigilant and continue to stay informed about the latest weather updates and advisories from the relevant authorities.
If the need to move to higher ground arises, the NDMO is encouraging residents to move while it is daylight.
If you need assistance in moving to safety, contact the National Fire Authority on 910 or the Fiji Police Force on 917.
Meanwhile, the Fiji Roads Authority requests members of the public to maintain caution while commuting.
Some areas and roads in the respective Division are inaccessible to all traffic and members of the public are to refrain from crossing flooded low-level crossings.
