The World Health Summit Regional meeting is being held in Melbourne, Australia and addresses various health issues affecting indigenous people in the Asia-Pacific region.
Monash University is hosting the summit for the first time.
Fiji is represented by its Health Minister, Dr Ratu Atonio Lalabalavu and Permanent Secretary, Dr Jamesa Tudravu at the Summit.
Topics that will be discussed include health equity, artificial intelligence role in traditional medicine, pandemic preparedness and combating misinformation.
