Fiji Airways Fijian men’s 7s coach Osea Kolinisau spoke highly of the player’s performance during the Hong Kong tournament.
Kolinisau says the new players are really working hard to secure a spot in the National squad.
The Fiji Airways National men’s 7s team coach Osea Kolinisau said the young players bring in a lot of competition in to the squad.
Kolinisau said the players are training and preparing hard to to get back in shape.
With 4 new players joining the squad, Kolinisau adds their inclusion has really provided the competition to other players in the team and he is looking forward to working with them in the next few weeks.
He also spoke on two time Olympian Jerry Tuwai’s commitment to rejoin the team.
The Fiji 7s men’s team will continue with their test match against Japan tomorrow at Albert Park in Suva.
