The Housing Authority of Fiji is offering fifty-two residential lots in Lautoka’s Tavakubu area to first-time homeowners with an annual income of $50,000 or less. 

The lots range from two-hundred and twenty-nine to five-hundred and ninety-nine square meters and are conveniently located near essential amenities. 

Interested individuals must submit an Expression of Interest and required documents online by 24 May, 2024. 

There are also 17 high-end lots available for those earning above $50,000. 

Sitting tenants will be considered under the Lot Allocation Policy. 

The Housing Authority offers home loan packages and facilitates the First Home Ownership Program Grant through the Housing Ministry.
