Fijian Drua Women’s Squad named for grand-final against NSW Waratahs

The Rooster Chicken Fijian Drua Women squad has been named for their third grand final of the Buildcorp Super Rugby Women. 

Bitila Tawake will make her start of the season at tighthead prop, replacing Ana Korovata.

In the front row, Salanieta Nabuli retains her place at loosehead prop while Keleni Marawa is starting at hooker.

The locking combination of Jade Coates and Asinate Serevi will feature again in the middle row.

The starting back row also remains the same, with Nunia Daunimoala at blindside flanker, Sulita Waisega at openside and captain Karalaini Naisewa retaining her place at number 8 loose forward.

Setaita Railumu returns at halfback this week alongside Jeniffer Ravutia who retains her place at flyhalf. Adita Milinia will again pair with Merewairita Neivosa on the wings. 

Merewalesi Rokouono returns at second five, partnering with the exciting Vani Arei who is at the outside centre. Speed merchant Atelaite Buna will start at fullback again.

Providing cover on the bench at hooker is Litia Marama, Loraini Senivutu is the reserve loosehead prop and Tiana Robanakadavu completes the reserve front row at tighthead.

Mereoni Nakesa and Fulori Rotagavira will cover the middle and back rows respectively. Evivi Senikarivi is the backup halfback, while Salanieta Kinita is the reserve flyhalf. Repeka Tove covers the rest of the backline.

The match kicks off at 4.00pm FJT at the Ballymore Stadium in Brisbane.
