Fourteen Police Officers completed the Inspectors Qualifying Course in the Northern Division yesterday, 26 April.
Director Training and Education, Senior Superintendent of Police Serupepeli Neiko addressed the fourteen.
“The learning phase is over, and now the implementation phase should kick in as soon as you leave this training room. Our human resources are our most valuable asset, but they can also be our most costly liability. As leaders you need to be able to develop, reinforce, change, and align everyone under your command towards the intent of the organization,” said Neiko.
He urged leaders to be hands-on and present at all times, stressing the significance of adherence to policing principles.
