Janice Wong, a renowned chocolatier is partnering with Marriott International Fiji Hotels to bring her culinary expertise to Fiji in May. 

Wong will be working with Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay and Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort. 

The chocolatier will be hosting exclusive dinner events to showcase her chocolate art installations. Over her nearly two-decade career, Wong has been known for her innovative creations, including the world’s largest chocolate exhibition in Mexico. 

She is targeting to create multi-sensory experiences that immerse guests in cultural narratives. 

The events will include a sip & paint event, dinner events, cocktail parties and a chocolate painting class for Mother’s Day. 

Ms Wong will also introduce menu items at select resort restaurants and create a chocolate art installation using local Fijian ingredients.

The events are open to both hotel guests and visitors to Fiji, with special travel packages available.
